Pasture-raised Katahdin ewe lambs from a closed, regenerative flock — available each spring and commonly purchased in bulk for grazing and breeding operations. 2026 Lamb sales are scheduled for March 28th and April 4th between 12 and 4pm. Appointments are scheduled once deposits are received.
Our Live Weaned Ewe Lambs are raised on open pasture using holistic, rotational grazing at Green Star Farm in West Sonoma County, California. These lambs come from our closed Katahdin hair sheep flock, selected for parasite resistance, strong mothering ability, easy lambing, and performance on forage-based systems.
Lambs are born between Thanksgiving and the first week of January and raised outdoors with frequent pasture moves to build strong immune systems, grazing ability, and sound feet and structure. By the time they are sold, they are fully weaned, accustomed to electric fencing, and managed with low-stress handling.
These ewe lambs are well suited for:
They are frequently purchased in larger groups by grazing outfits looking for hardy, grass-efficient sheep that thrive without grain or confinement.
