Our lambs are on fresh green pasture from birth. Reservations on a first come first served basis. $75 non-refundable deposit.
Our hair sheep lambs are harvested at 80-110 pounds live weight. Price is based on the hanging weight and determined after the animal is harvested. Hanging weight range usually is 38-55 pounds.
The general cut and wrap fee for a whole lamb is $75. You pay this To Willowside
If you haven't purchased a whole animal before we recommend you call Willowside to discuss.
Green Star Farm will arrange the slaughter and cover delivery fees to a local butcher shop
You select and choose all of your own cuts and work directly with the local butcher at Willowside Meats. You pay them directly for butchering costs.
